Our regular food offering is intentionally light, so if food forms an important part of your event, please discuss this with us when enquiring so we can talk through what may be possible.
Can I hire the whole of Crown Lane Cellar?
Exclusive hire is available for selected events and dates.
Availability depends on the day of the week, time of year and nature of your event. Friday and Saturday evenings — particularly during busy periods such as Christmas — may have more limited availability.
For some gatherings, reserving one or more areas of the Cellar may be a better option than exclusive use.
We’ll help you decide which arrangement works best.
How much does private hire cost?
Because our events can vary considerably, we don’t use a single fixed hire package for every enquiry.
The cost and arrangements will depend on factors such as:
- Date and time
- Number of guests
- Areas required
- Exclusive or shared use
- Drinks arrangements
- Additional facilities or entertainment
A deposit may be required to secure your date and, depending on the arrangement, this may be used towards your bar spend.
