From timeless favourites to something a little more adventurous, our cocktail menu brings together classic serves, tropical flavours and rich after-dinner choices.

Aperol Spritz
Aperol, Prosecco and soda served over ice with orange. Light, citrusy and gently bittersweet.

Bramble
Gin, fresh lemon and sugar syrup topped with crème de mûre for a balanced sweet-tart finish.

Cosmopolitan
Vodka, cranberry, fresh lime and orange liqueur. Crisp, slightly tart and elegantly smooth.

Classic Martini – Dry, Dirty or Filthy
Gin and dry vermouth served ice-cold with a lemon twist or olives.

Espresso Martini
Vodka, freshly brewed espresso and coffee liqueur, shaken until smooth and velvety.

Mai Tai
Rum, fresh lime, orange liqueur and orgeat, combining bright citrus with a hint of almond sweetness.

Mojito – Classic or Coconut
White rum, fresh lime, mint and sugar topped with soda. Light, crisp and refreshing.

Negroni
Gin, bitter aperitif and sweet vermouth, stirred over ice and finished with orange.

Old Fashioned
Bourbon or rye whiskey, sugar and aromatic bitters, stirred over ice and finished with orange peel.

Pink Lady
Dry gin, Passoã, lychee syrup and fresh lime. Light, fruity and refreshing.

Porn Star Martini
Vanilla vodka, passion fruit and lime, served with sparkling Prosecco on the side.

Sidecar
Cognac, orange liqueur and fresh lemon, shaken and served straight up with a lightly sugared rim.

Manhattan
Rye or bourbon whiskey, sweet vermouth and aromatic bitters, stirred ice-cold for a smooth, rich finish.

Margarita – Classic or Spicy
Tequila, fresh lime and orange liqueur, shaken and served with a salted rim. Choose traditional or with a little heat.

Midnight Spirit
Double raspberry vodka, crème de mûre, fresh lime and agave. Rich berry flavours with a sharp citrus edge and deep midnight hue.
